Waveshapes, Colormaps and Flowfields not changing correctly

Has anyone had a problem with the waveshapes, colormaps and flowfields not turning off and changing correctly. Both WMP and the standalone version are continually loading the waveshapes and flowfields on top of one another. At one point it'll eventually show a frame about every one second and then i...
