Re: What am I paying for?
Hello, No need to buy new licenses every year unless you're new to the product. I used my 2020 WhiteCap license on a fresh Windows installation today and it worked. (My old 2019 licence didn't though). Tbh since they don't care any more I might share my licence with everyone if more than 5 people ar...

Re: License Code does not work
It's just so happens I had to reinstall WhiteCap today and I had to use my 2020 license key and it worked. I also had a 2019 key and that one did not work FYI.

Making my own support
Thank you for replying on this pretty much inactive forum. Can you please tell me, or direct me to whom I can message, regarding where the WhiteCap saves my custom Themes? I brought this up before but I can't save my Theme when I configure it in iTunes. So I'm stuck with the preset Themes. Edit: So ...

Re: What am I paying for?
Well that sucks.
That PLAN thing looks like it's going to flop with those 70s visuals. The idea is alright I suppose. But you're better off making a (easily) configurable visualiser framework that you can sell.

Re: What am I paying for?
They should stop bothering trying to integrate it into iTunes and instead make the Standalone able to use/select DACs as input sources and then it's perfect. Bump. New year. No update. Any word on this? If I could select my DAC as a sound device in the Standalone it would be perfect and iTunes inte...

Re: What am I paying for?
I am aware of that program and do use it. But as you can see from the thread, my question was never answered as to where the iTunes .cfg settings file is stored so I don't know what to take ownership of. Personally, I stopped bothering with using WhiteCap and gave up on trying to access support for ...

Hello BTT, Thank you for your post but I do not see the relevance? PS: These problems would be non-existant if Whitecap standalone would simply detect the external DACs that we connect to our PCs and come up in the list of selectable audio input sources. You wouldn't have to worry about iTunes integ...

I just wasted more than 30 mins of my life applying custom Settings, Waves, Backgrounds and Colors in the iTunes visualizer and setting it all up, only for it to then reset back to default next time I opened it and it didn't save my Custom Theme. This bug is not present in the Whitecap Standalone. O...

iTunes is being deprecated and turning into Apple Music
I just saw the news recently. I am hoping they will still have the Visualizer option into the new Apple Music Windows app so that we can still enjoy WhiteCap et al.

Hello Helibaby I thought SoundSpectrum were going to release an update for WhiteCap. Your best bet would be to contact Brandon at SoundSpectrum. http://www.soundspectrum.com/support/contact.html The new release 6.8.1 still crashes JRiver (23 and 24, 32x and 64x) upon startup when you double click a...

Please integrate into MusicBee
Hi, I know you guys are hard at work making a new version of WhiteCap. Is there any chance on the next version you can support MusicBee as well please? It already supports visualizers and I think it only needs a vis_*.dll or *.zip file to make it work (at least that's what I can see when I click Add...
