Re: Win 11 re: full screen broken?!

Unfortunately, we are not able to support Windows 11 or the latest M1 Macs at this time. There have been a lot of changes to Mac and Windows operating systems in the last few years, which make it difficult for us to continue building on these platforms without a significant investment. SoundSpectrum...

Re: G-Force not working?

Appreciate your patience, this is a known bug with WMP on Windows 10. I let the developer know about the issue. In the meantime, the Standalone application is going strong. If you have Gold, write to me via our support ticket system and I will upgrade you to Platinum for free as an incentive for you...

Re: Mysterious licenses

It sounds like you are using an older license code with a new version of software. If you're still having an issue, the best thing to do submit a support ticket so we can take a closer look. Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us.

Re: Paid for renewal twice and no license code then just re-purchased still no license code

Hi SonicMonki,

Please ask your friend to send me a support ticket again if he has not heard from me already. I may have already answered him. If not, let me know and we'll try to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Re: Any way to render G-Forces visual display as a movie file (.mov, mpeg-4 etc)?

To use movies as sprites, first, make sure the movie is a .mov format. Second, try running G-Force in 32bit mode if your OS still supports it. Then place the movie in the sprites folder and it should show up the next time you start/restart. In Windows, compatibility mode could be an additional optio...

Re: no response to audio interface?

Windows and Mac both lock down the audio mix (what you hear through the speakers), restricting the ability to record or 'channel' the system audio. In my opinion, it has to do with an obsession with DRM that has been codified as industry standard. I have run into the same issue with my audio interfa...

Re: New updated version of forum

Have you tried using a different browser, or going to the User Control Panel > Manage “Remember Me” login keys, deleting the key and making a new one?

Re: New updated version of forum

You should be able to go to your User Control Panel and change the color scheme. We lost all the previous customizations unfortunately. But at least we didn't loose years of content and user contributions.

Hi iflip92, Both APPL and MSFT have been getting very aggressive with their updates, often breaking many peripheral applications and plugins (such as our visualizers and screensavers) in the process. While the issue you are reporting is not a widespread issue that we've seen, Windows is known for ea...

It is possible to do this with third party applications. If you decide to use a screen capture application to render videos of our software, please keep in mind, we permit registered only paid license holders (Gold, Platinum or Commercial) to post video(s) on the web, provided they meet these following conditions:

- 1) you must purchase an ACTIVE Gold, Platinum or Commercial license for the SoundSpectrum software that may be used in a posted video(s)
- 2) video(s) must include a text credit saying:

“Visuals courtesy of SoundSpectrum, realtime audio visualizations for desktop and for iOS:
http://soundspectrum.com
https://soundspectrum.com/tunrâ€￾

- 3) the text credit must appear within the video(s) itself (i.e. the closing frame is fine) AND be included along with the details/description that are posted with the video(s).
- 4) URLs to all posted video(s) should be provided to SoundSpectrum and they should include all required credits while being used in a not-for-profit manner.
- 5) we reserve the right to rescind permission for any posted video(s) that contain objectionable, illegal, or is representative content (in our sole discretion).
- 6) you may not sell or license posted video(s) containing SoundSpectrum content, or place video(s) behind a paywall.
- 7) you may not use video(s) containing SoundSpectrum content in any live performance, unless prior commercial license and permission has been granted.

Please note 3 and 4 for non-commercial uses. Let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance. Check out our Youtube page for some examples of how others have used our visuals to make unique videos. Looking forward to seeing your projects!

Since JRiver updated to MediaCenter 26, we have not been able to get things working on our end either. There have been many recent changes to both Mac and Windows, so I am actually not surprised to see plugins break as well. Perhaps this is the end of our ability to support MediaCenter. Hopefully no...
