I keep getting a message saying "Failed to load G-Force" "The G-Force visual engine either failed to load or could not be found in the SoundSpectrum support folder. Try reinstalling G-Force in order to fix the problem." I just reinstalled because of this message and now it still is giving me the sam...

How about rigging it by using an audio splitter so that sound still goes to your speakers but then also to, say, a smaller speaker that is strategically positioned near the Mini itself?

Thanks for the reply. I did contact support but am yet to hear back. I also tried reinstalling with the original installer but when I put my license code in it tells me it is invalid. How can it be invalid when it is the same code that was sent to me from soundspectrum when I purchased my license?

I totally agree and am rather irritated at these issues. So if I understand, the fee we paid for Platinum allow only one year of use? On my system it seems to have disabled itself.
