Thank you BTT for responding...it's more than I've had from SoundSpectrum. It's a shame there is no phone number (I put mine in one of my messages to sales over a week ago) or some other work around to keep business going as usual...

I've been waiting about 2 weeks now to receive G-Force... I've been waiting about 2 weeks now to receive G-Force... Ya know - I'm a technical service rep and I know if you blow off customers, by word of mouth, you WILL destroy your business.
