The list I refered to appears when installing G-Force, It shows the Media Players that G-Force is compatible with. You tick the one's that you want to work with the program.

Opening a support ticket is the way to go, AOM will respond directly to your ticket.

Click Settings / Security / Apps / Turn off SmartScreen - Download immediately as Windows will normally reset SmartScreen after a few minuets, if not make sure you re-activate it.

There is nothing new in this update, just some tweaks here and there.

You could try uninstalling the program then do a search for all SoundSpectrum folders, delete anything related to WhiteCap then download a fresh copy. You can of course open a support tic...
